What Your EA Already Knows

All Donna EAs are familiar with the most common modern workplace tools, including:

• Email & Calendar (eg. Google Workspace and Outlook/Microsoft 365)
• Communication (eg. Slack, Microsoft Teams)
• Documentation (eg. Notion, Google Docs, Microsoft Word)

Your EA has been trained on these tools, uses them regularly, and are ready to work with them from day one.

What's Available On Request

Some additional tools are available to your EA through Donna:

• North American phone numbers with local area codes for making calls
• Microsoft Office subscriptions (Excel, Word) if needed beyond Google Workspace
• AI tools for productivity
• Other productivity tools on a case-by-case basis

If your EA needs access to any of these, they can request them through Donna. We'll evaluate and provide access when it makes sense.

What You Provide

For specialized or proprietary tools specific to your business, you're responsible for:

• Licenses and subscriptions: If your business uses specialized software (industry-specific CRMs, project management tools, custom platforms), you'll need to provide access
• Training: Your EA will need you to train them on how you want these tools used in your specific context

Your EA is a fast learner and will adapt quickly to your toolset. What they need from you is context about your specific workflows and processes.

Learning New Tools

If you introduce your EA to a new tool they haven't used before, give them the opportunity to learn it. Most EAs will proactively seek out tutorials and documentation to get up to speed.
