You sign the Master Services Agreement and pay a one-month refundable deposit. This deposit is credited toward your first month of service and protects your spot in our matching queue.
We schedule a 90 minute onboarding call with you. This isn't a typical intake call - it's a conversation designed to understand you as a person and a professional.

Our matching team reviews the onboarding call and curates a match for you. We're not just matching skills to tasks, we're matching values, personality, and work style. All of our EAs have the core skillset; the match is about finding the right fit for you specifically.
Once we've identified your match, we'll send you their resume and schedule the kickoff call.
This is the first meeting between you and your EA. Some clients approach this like an interview, but it's really the first day of working together.
Your EA will have watched the recording of your onboarding call and will come prepared with initial items to discuss. This is when you should begin onboarding them like you would any new employee—provisioning accounts, sharing context about your business, and starting the delegation process.
