Many talented people work as freelancers, never knowing when a client might disappear. At Donna, we pay you during training, throughout the matching process, and even between clients if turnover happens (assuming performance standards are met). We're selective about our clients and focus on building long-term partnerships, not quick transactions.
We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success, followed by coaching during the matching period as we find the right client fit.
Once you're working with a client, we don't disappear - you stay a Donna employee. You'll have ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to help you succeed in your role and advance your career.
