Your EA becomes the gatekeeper of your front door managing access, filtering noise, and making sure the right things reach you.

Calendar

Your calendar is the canvass of your life and your EA takes ownership of your time. They learn where it's going, where it should be going, and how to protect it.


Why it's paced and structured

A great EA partnership takes time to build and that's by design.

We start with Inbox and Calendar deliberately, because that's where your EA begins to understand your world.

From there, we move into ownership: projects, deadlines, coordination. Then travel, where your EA starts operating around you in a mobile state.

We train our EAs to lead the onboarding process. They come in with a map, go through intensive training, and receive ongoing coaching. Their job is to ramp themselves up. Your job is to let them.


What's expected of you

Bringing on an EA takes investment upfront. Here's what that looks like in practice:

Daily sync during the first 30 days

A daily check-in to align on priorities, surface to-dos, and ask clarifying questions

Answering questions and giving context

Expect questions early on. This is your EA pushing to build context as fast as possible. They should never ask the same thing twice and always default to researching first.
