We start with Inbox and Calendar deliberately, because that's where your EA begins to understand your world.
From there, we move into ownership: projects, deadlines, coordination. Then travel, where your EA starts operating around you in a mobile state.
We train our EAs to lead the onboarding process. They come in with a map, go through intensive training, and receive ongoing coaching. Their job is to ramp themselves up. Your job is to let them.
Bringing on an EA takes investment upfront. Here's what that looks like in practice:
A daily check-in to align on priorities, surface to-dos, and ask clarifying questions
Expect questions early on. This is your EA pushing to build context as fast as possible. They should never ask the same thing twice and always default to researching first.
